• Please make sure to apply perfume and lotions before wearing jewelry. Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry.

• Always remove jewelry when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.

• Never expose jewelry to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.

• To clean jewelry use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.

Although allergic reactions can be rare, some people are allergic to certain metals and finishes commonly used in jewelry making.  It will be the consumers responsibility to be aware of any metals/materials (gold,sliver,etc.) or oxidation applied to the metals (liver of sulfar) prior to making purchases.  There is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, IT GIRL FACTORY will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur wearing our jewelry.
